Juicing Is It Actually Healthy

Juicing Is It Actually Healthy
Jordan: Hi, I'm Jordan Rubin, CEO of draxe.Com,
bringing you Ancient Medicine Today, where we help answer all your health questions,
and here is the health question we commonly get. Juicing, is it healthy? It may be the rage. It may be a way to get nutrients from fruits
and vegetables, but is it actually healthy? We're going to answer that and more on today's
episode of Ancient Medicine Today. And if you know someone who juices, all the
time, you're in their house and you see all the fruits and vegetables, and they say juice
is the greatest, and they're buying juice, and they're making juice, and they're at juice
bars.

They need to hear this. In fact, juice bars seem to be popping up
everywhere. There's a juice bar here, there's a juice
bar there, but is juicing all it's cracked up to be? We're going to get into that right now. What are the pros of juicing? Easily consumable fruits and vegetables.

That's huge. We all know that fruits and vegetables are
good for you, and juicing is a quick and easy way to get multiple servings in a concentrated
form. You can also easily absorb the nutrients. When you juice fruits and vegetables, they
are in a serum soluble form.

That means that they're in a liquid form that
your body can use quickly and easily. Let's understand, when you eat food or drink
a beverage, your body brings it into solution, it liquefies it no matter what. When you remove the fiber, juice already has
done the work for you, so separating the juice from the pulp makes nutrients easily absorbable,
and this is great when it reduces produce waste. You know that when farmers grow fruits and
vegetables and they don't look perfectly, a lot of times they get wasted.

See, we absolutely require, these days, a
tomato to be perfectly round and red, and orange has to be with no blemishes, apples
have to be perfect. That's not really how foods grow. In fact, I like heirloom fruits and vegetables. In fact, the uglier the better.

I was one day thinking about writing a book
on heirloom foods calling it the ugly diet. Eat ugly food. U-G-L-Y, now, you've got an alibi. I digress.

We're talking about juicing here. We're talking about fruits and vegetables. When you juice or allow your fruits and vegetables
to be juiced, you reduce waste. And if you use the fiber in other recipes,
even better.

So those are the pros of juicing, they're
really good pros, but there are some cons of juicing. Number one, despite popular belief, juicing
alone won't help you lose weight. Number two, if you juice fruits or sweet veggies,
such as carrots and beet, it's a lot of sugar, and it's in your bloodstream immediately. Do you know that carrot juice could contain
up to 30 grams of sugar per serving? Sure, it's carrot juice.

Sure, it's got vitamins and minerals but it's
still has a lot of sugar. What do you do if you love juice? Add some fat, maybe some fiber back. You know, when you consume carrot juice in
Europe, they add cream to it because it helps absorb the nutrients and slow down the sugar
rush. Your body doesn't really need juice.

In fact, if you look throughout history, there
are only a few juices people consumed, and it would be grape juice in the form of wine,
and the fermentation removes the sugar. You don't need to juice, but if you don't
get enough fruits and veggies certainly there's a good reason to do it. Why would juicing be an issue? Because it's missing the fiber. Fruits and vegetables were made to have fiber.

You need fiber, so juicing can be a challenge
by stripping the fiber and overloading your body with sugar. So, let's get into some of the details. What's the verdict here? Good and bad? Juices can be both. What you're looking at right here, smoothie,
probably good, maybe some fiber in it.

Orange Juice? Thirty-plus grams of sugar, especially if
it's pasteurized. I know people think orange juice is so good
for them. I would argue with that. Make juices a part of your diet, not the main
course.

If you do juice, vegetables first, fruits
later. When you look at these juices you buy in the
store today, they're almost always full of fruit, such as apple juice, which is not all
it's cracked up to be, especially if it's pasteurized. If you're buying juice or making it, it's
got 20, 25, 30 grams of sugar per serving, that's a challenge for most people. So heavy on the greens, light on the fruit,
may not taste as good but it will be good.

In fact, the juice that I like is a combination
of celery juice and parsley, and then, I blend up cucumber and mix it, so you've got some
of the fiber, some of the juice, really, really good and powerful greens. If you replace a meal with juice, limit it
to few times a week, so you get the bulk of nutrients you need including fiber. Juice can be a challenge for your blood sugar. If you want a detox, instead of immediately
going on a juice cleanse, remove the junk from your dietary trunk.

You can also consume broth as a detoxing beverage,
which gives great nutrients such as minerals but without the sugar. All right. Is juicing actually healthy? The benefits, get your daily fruits and vegetables,
everyone agrees that's really good, easily absorbable nutrients, and you reduce waste. What are the cons? It may not help you lose weight.

Usually loaded with sugar. Your body doesn't technically need juice,
you need vegetables, not juice and it's missing fiber. Bottom line folks, if you know somebody who
is a juice junkie, that didn't sound . .

. Juice healthy, they like juice, they buy juice,
they make juice, they clean up after juice, they tell you that you have to juice, or if
you know somebody who really wants to understand the skinny on juicing, share this video with

Jen Tries To Be Super Healthy For 24 Hours Ladylike

Jen Tries To
(Slurping noise) (coughs) - I think this is bad for me. (Laughs) Like a lot of young people, I think I take my health for granted. I don't get enough sleep, my diet relies too heavily
on grilled cheeses, and I spend a lot of my
work days sitting on my ass. Recently I went to the doctor, and I found out that I'm anemic.

What that means is I
have an iron deficiency, so there's not enough iron in
my blood and it's a possible explanation for why I
don't have a lot of energy. The iron deficiency in itself is fine, I am taking iron supplements
and I should be totally okay. I am okay, but it was
kind of a wake up call. I want to make a change and
that's why I'm attempting to live the healthiest
day ever.

Cue fireworks. (Fireworks popping) This day is going to
serve as a crash course, where I spend all of
it doing healthy things that I want to make habits. Now what actually
constitutes "healthy habits" varies a little bit depending
on your source, which is why I'm using the greatest
source of all, buzzfeed.Com. I found a couple Buzzfeed articles that list a bunch of healthy recipes.

I found articles with charts
that tell you how much sleep you can have, how much
water you need to drink. I'm gonna be using those articles to inform everything I do tomorrow. I'm gonna make sure I get enough
sleep. I'm gonna make sure I'm eating healthy and I drink
enough water.

I'm gonna make sure that I'm exercising and
then I'm also gonna make sure that I'm taking care of my mind
and my emotional well being. Look me in the eyes. Get
used to this, this smile. The smile of a healthy person.

Alright friends, so I'm gonna kick off my day of healthy living tomorrow. But to start it off, I gotta
get a good night's sleep. So according to the
National Sleep Foundation, as found in a Buzzfeed article, I should be getting seven
to nine hours of sleep. So it is currently 10:30 p.M.

And I'm going to go to bed and then we'll be rocking
a full eight hours. (Happy music) Alright, it's early in the
morning and I'm whispering because I don't want
to wake up my roommate. My hair looks crazy but yeah. If you did, get up early
if you want to go for a run in Los Angeles, because
by the time it's 8 a.M.

It's already really hot. Exercise. This is the part
I'm least looking forward to. I used to be a pretty active
runner.

I'd probably go for a two mile run every
day, if not every other day. That has not been true since I graduated. It's 6:30 in the morning
and it's 67 degrees already so I'm in workout clothes and I am going to go for a run for probably the first
time in a year and a half. So I'm proud of myself
'cause I just got back.

I ran about two and a half
miles and I actually ran it. I only stopped to walk the last two blocks 'cause they were uphill, but
I feel like if I do this again I would be able to power through. Also I just rewatched the
footage of me jogging. I look and sound like a
fucking dying seagull.

During my healthy day, I'm gonna try and drink eight cups of water. I know when it comes to water,
I need to drink way more. So I'm at Trader Joe's and I'm
picking out the ingredients, based on a Buzzfeed
article, so that I can have a healthy breakfast and a healthy lunch. I got to work a little bit early so I'm actually not going to be late, which is very healthy even
though it was unplanned.

So I made it to the office.
I'm gonna eat breakfast here, I'm gonna do some work, I'm
gonna try and stay active during the day. Gotta drink more water. This day is just sort of going
to be a test to figure out how purposeful I can be
with choosing healthy foods. According to Buzzfeed,
the healthy breakfast I'm going to have is an
easy yogurt overnight oat.

I have my yogurt, flaxseed, and raspberry delight right here. I just keep having to go the
bathroom because I'm drinking so much damn water and I don't like it. I have to fucking pee again in an hour. It is lunch time.

So I
found a Buzzfeed article that gave a recipe for an
avocado egg veggie sandwich, which sounds delicious but
unfortunately I'm at the office and I don't have access to a stove, so I'm not gonna use the egg
but I am going to include all the veggies and the avocado. We have a setback for my healthy day because I fucked up a little bit. What's wrong with that avocado?
Why can't I use it, Kristin? - It's green and it's hard. (Trumpet deflating)
- What does that even mean? - It's gonna be like cutting
into a bowling ball, my friend.

- Kristin's also going to make a sandwich 'cause we're sandwich girls. - Yeah, also I saw that
Jen had sandwich fixings and I was like, "Yup." - She's a-fixing for my sandwich. That's a lunchtime sandwich, baby. - It has a little hat.

- I can't wait to eat it. - Am I just gonna film you eating lunch? - I ate my whole sandwich. We had a good sandwich
time. Right, Kristin? - It was a great sandwich time.

- On my healthy day, I'm
actually gonna try and slow down, and take specific time
to check in with myself. I found a Buzzfeed video that
said when you're working, every half hour to hour you should get up and walk around for a few minutes. So I'm gonna incorporate
that into my work day. I'm just going for a little bit of a walk, just to get the blood flowing.

And I meditated for a bit after lunch, just set aside 20 minutes just
so I could sit, be peaceful. Things are going okay. This water thing is really
pissing me off though. I was finishing up a cup of water and earlier my allergies
had been acting up so I blew my nose, and when
I was drinking that water I realized there was a used
tissue at the bottom of it that I didn't know was in there.

So that's fucking disgusting. (Laughs) After work, I'm gonna eat a healthy dinner and then I'm gonna go
to my friend's art show, and I think that it'll be
a really good way to just be at peace, and be thoughtful, and be with people I care about. When it comes to mental
health on the healthy day, I'm gonna be as introspective as I can. So now I'm out to dinner with friends, I didn't get anything 'cause
I'm gonna cook dinner at home, but I have been drinking my water and I did have to go to
the fucking bathroom again.

This is part of me trying to
make sure that I'm taking care of myself, but spending time
with people I care about. This salmon recipe looks
really good, pretty simple. I'm gonna make this for dinner. My healthy day is less about
whether I'll feel 100% better after one day of being healthy,
and it's more about testing how easy it is to incorporate
these habits into my life, to see if they're things
that I could actually see myself doing every day going forward.

The whole day was a little bit exhausting, just to keep track of the
things that I needed to do. It was hard to remember
to drink all that water, and then it was annoying to have to go to the bathroom all the time. It was also really
frustrating just to keep having my workday
interrupted, but honestly I felt really good the entire day. I felt really energized
'cause I got enough sleep, I really enjoyed most of the meals I had, and the best part was I felt
really calm throughout the day, and I'm generally like a
person that's running around.

I just felt calm, I didn't
feel scared or anxious or anything, and then
seeing my friends at night just was the cherry on
top because it was, like, hey, this is a great way to cap off a day. So it's good to be able
to see your friends and support them and
feel supported by them, that's like a powerful way to end the day. I also think that introducing
some of these elements and making sure that I try to
exercise a little bit more, maybe not every day but
maybe every other day, will be pretty helpful
for me going forward. A healthy day, lady tested, lady probably healthier.

Maybe. (Upbeat music).

Is Rebound Sex Healthy

Is Rebound Sex Healthy
According to refinery29, if you're
gonna have rebound sex after a breakup, you need to make sure you're doing it for
the right reasons you guys. They say if you're just trying
to get back at your ex or trying to escape your emotions,
rebound sex can actually make things worse.
>> Mm-hm. >> They say rebound sex should really be about
reconnecting with your sexuality. So ladies, do you think rebound sex is
a fool proof way to get over someone or just plain foolish?
>> Wait a minute, wait a minute, what is rebound sex, cuz I be having sex, I don't care.

>> [LAUGH]
>> I know. >> I know, I saw your face. >> But that's exactly right. You're having sex in a different position.

It's if you've just gotten your heart broken or you've just gotten
out of a major relationship. [CROSSTALK] >> Which for me, I personally- >> That's what that's called? >> Yes. >> I just thought it was having a good time.
>> It is, it is, it is having a good time. >> [APPLAUSE] >> Okay.

>> I personally if I was doing it just to have a good time girl, I'm right there
with you, I can have a good time, but if I am doing it to get over somebody,
I don't feel in my heart I can do that. >> Since we're having revelations today- >> Yes >> You're newly divorced, have you had rebound sex? >> [LAUGH] >> No.
No. Actually, and even Adrienne and i have talked about this,
I haven't had sex just to get over that, because-
>> But you've had sex.
>> Have you had full- >> What is happening here? >> What are we doing? >> Have you fooled around? >> Yeah, you have fulled around. >> Right.

>> [LAUGH] >> [APPLAUSE] >> Come on- >> [CROSSTALK] >> My point is, when it comes to rebound sex-
>> Just give me a sip of my tea. >> [CROSSTALK] >> Why you getting all hot and bothered? Why you getting hot?
>> Look, I'm just saying- >> She's thinking about it. >> No. >> So you're saying there's a chance.
>> [LAUGH] >> No, I think women are very sensitive when it comes to their emotions.

>> Yes.
>> Yeah. >> I think, yes you can have sex-
>> She slid through that one. >> [CROSSTALK] >> [LAUGH]
>> All right- >> Don't be sliding anywhere. >> [LAUGH] >> But I just am careful about having sex just to get over
something, because you're only messing with yourself at the end of the day.
>> The only way to get over something is to get over it.

>> [APPLAUSE] >> Yeah.
>> In the proper time. >> Thank you. >> But I'm gonna tell you, if you have feelings for
somebody, seriously, sex is not gonna change that.
>> No. >> You know what I mean? I mean [INAUDIBLE]
>> It might make it worse.

>> Yeah, because then you start comparing.
>> Yes. >> And I'm like, my god!
>> Yes. >> He doesn't do it like he does. >> [LAUGH] >> And let me tell you sometimes you can end up playing yourself hard core
>> [INAUDIBLE] >> Like for instance, let's say a guy doesn't want to be with
you, he's like I'm unsure about us, we should take a break, right? And then you go and
you sleep with someone else, right? Right away,
thinking I'm gonna get him back, whatever, right?
>> And then he finds out that literally when
you guys weren't together, you went and slept with somebody else.
>> Yeah.

>> What if that dude is like, thank God I stayed away from that girl, she's out here just being loose.
>> Yep. >> And that actually can mess up chances with a guy that you really-
>> Man, okay, that's a little different. That's your personal preference.
>> That can actually make the guy that you wanted to end
up with look at you differently as well.
>> No, I look at him differently if he out
there hoe'ing so it don't matter. [APPLAUSE]
>> He shouldn't be out there hoe'ing..

How to Cook Healthy Food! 10 Breakfast Ideas,Lunch Ideas & Snacks for School, Work!

How to Cook Healthy Food! 10 Breakfast Ideas,Lunch Ideas & Snacks for School, Work!
In this video, I'll show you ten quick and healthy breakfast and lunch ideas for school or work These recipes are perfect for days when you're running
late and you want to have something nutritious to eat and tasty on the go. Hey Mom! I'm good! I just got back from school and now I'm eating some lunch. Oh... You know just some potatoes and bread and then some tomatoes and some cheese.

Yeah, pretty balanced! Oh mom, can you take me to the dance class I have it at 5. Ok great! See you then. Bye Mom? You know, never mind... I'm not going to the dance class today.

No, I feel really sick. I don't know, maybe the potatoes were rotten. I don't know... Yeah, I'm just gonna rest.

Ok. See you, bye! I should really start eating healthier... Let's do this! Hey loves! I'm super excited about today's
video because it was requested a lot and I've never filmed something like that before. I'm
going to show you 10 healthy breakfast and lunch ideas for back to school.

These are
all very easy and quick to make - you can make them the night before and then in the
morning you just grab breakfast and lunch and you're good to go. I hope you guys are
excited and let's get started. Let's start with 5 delicious and healthy breakfast
ideas! First we are making these delicious oatmeal cookies. You need just two ingredients
to make them: One cup of oats and 2 ripe bananas.

Peel and then mush the bananas with a fork
until you get that runny consistency. Put it into a bowl and add your oats. Mix it well
with a spoon and you can totally finish here or you can add some more ingredients for a
fuller taste. I like to pop in some cinnamon.

You can mix in chocolate chips, nuts, raisins
whatever you prefer. Take a parchment lined baking tray and place on the mixture in little
piles like this. I am going to flatten the top with a spoon, to make them look more like
cookies. I like to decorate mine with some dried blueberries and cranberries.

You could
have just mixed this into the cookie mixture, but I like how the cookies look with the dried
fruit on top. Put your cookies in the oven at 350 Fahrenheit for 15 minutes. Here they
are all done, smelling delicious! Put them in an air tight container and you have a great
breakfast on the go ready. You can make these on the weekend and they will last you for
the entire week.

When you are running late for school you can just grab a couple of cookies
and you're out the door. A perfect way to get a nutritious and super tasty breakfast
on the go. I also love how you can tailor this recipe by mixing in the ingredients you
like. Another great breakfast to go idea is a yogurt
and fruit in a cone! Take an ice cream cone and ignore me pretending to be a unicorn.
Put some fruit in the cone like that, I have some blueberries, which you guys know I am
obsessed with.

Take a big spoon of yogurt. I like using Greek version because it's thicker
and also richer in protein than the usual one. Put it on the cone just like ice cream
and then top it off with some more fruit. I have blueberries and strawberries.

Voila,
a minute breakfast that you can eat on your way to school. This breakfast is so yummy
and it also looks adorable, right? I know that the cone contains sugar but you get your
protein from yogurt and benefits from fruit so from time to time I think this is a great
breakfast or a snack to have. Cheers! Cheers with a blueberry shot... If you like fruit as much as I do then you
will love the next idea which is a fruit salad in a jar.

Basically you just want to cut small
pieces of different fruits of your choice and put those in the jar.
Today I found in the fridge some pineapple, which is one of my favorite fruits and is
also a great source of vitamins C and B. Then I also have some strawberries, because who
doesn't love strawberries right. Here I have some clementines too. And no I don't know
how to juggle.

To me clementines are such a christmassy food. The markets are full of
this yummy fruit in November and December. In the jar I first popped some red currants,
pineapple, then blueberries, strawberries and clementines. There you go - an easy and
nutritious breakfast for school or work! You can make this fruit salad the evening before
and in the morning you have a delicious breakfast waiting for you.

This next one is probably my favorite breakfast
in the bunch  delicious granola bars with nuts, fruit and chocolate chips! You need
chopped cashews, pumpkin seeds, chopped almonds, cranberries, puffed rice, dark chocolate chunks,
flax seeds and a pinch of salt. Give it a little mix and then in a separate bowl combine
one table spoon of almond or peanut butter and a quarter of a cup of rice syrup. Stir
those two together until you have a nice even mixture and then pour it into the bowl with
nuts and seeds. Mix well until all the ingredients are nicely incorporated, like that.

Put the
mixture on a smaller parchment lined baking sheet. Flat it down really well to assure
there are no free spaces in the mix. Pop it in the oven and bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit
for about 20 minutes. You can cut your bars when the mixture is still hot or you can wait
for them to cool down.

These granola bars are seriously delicious! You can store them
in an air tight container so they remain fresh and crispy. Or you can put your bar in a little
plastic bag and you can have it as a snack during the day. The granola bars that you
buy in a shop are usually packed with sugar and other unhealthy stuff. With this homemade
bars you know what you put in and you can always adjust the recipe to your liking! When you have more time before your classes
start you can make this breakfast, which is just as yummy as it is pretty to look at!
For the pepper eggs, first cut two slices of pepper, which should be about half an inch
thick.

Place them in a frying pan and beat one egg into each pepper ring. See how cool
this looks already!? Add a pinch of salt or any other seasoning of your choice. While
the eggs are cooking I am going to make some fruit kebabs, because I want this breakfast
to be extra picture worthy! Take the fruits of your choice and cut them into pieces. Here
I have some strawberries, a kiwi, a banana and blueberries.

If you love blueberries,
Norway is definitely the place to live. If you follow me on Instagram you know that.
I've been picking so much blueberries this year, they were literally everywhere! Here
you go, how adorable are these and of course tasty and healthy too! I love them. When the
eggs are done, carefully put them on a plate. And as a side we have our pretty fruit kebabs.
This breakfast is just delicious, nutritious and totally Instagram worthy.

I mean come
on, don't deny it, I know you do it to. We're all guilty here. No but seriously, I think
this is a great breakfast for when you have a bit more time and you want to eat something
healthy, but also have fun preparing it. Breakfast for champs for sure! Now let's move on to the lunch portion of
this video! First we are making some healthy egg muffins with veggies.

Beat three eggs
into a mixing bowl. Take your hand mixer and whisk the eggs. While doing that add about
a deciliter of milk and one or two table spoons of flour. I am using almond milk and buckwheat
flour, but any milk and flour will do.

Pour the mixture into the muffin form. Since I
have the silicone form I don't have to use the paper muffin cups. But go ahead and use
those if you have them. Leave the muffins aside for a minute and cut the veggies of
your choice into small pieces.

I have some pepper, tomato and a zucchini. You can also
put in mushrooms, carrots, spinach or any other vegetables of your choice. Throw the
veggie pieces into the muffin mixture  as much or as little as you like. I like to be
quite generous with vegetables so I am putting in loads of them.

Put the muffins in the oven
and bake at about 320 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes. These muffins are so yummy and
healthy and you can have them hot or cold. Make them the day before and then take them
to school or work. I added some grapes, goji berries and almonds to my lunch box as well.
The egg muffins are also nice as a little snack at home.

In the fridge they will last
you up to 3 to 4 days. A tasty and nutritious lunch for school. A great lunch idea on the go is a salad in
a jar. The options here are endless so use whatever salad you like or happen to have
in the fridge.

I'm going to use some cherry tomatoes  these are so sweet and good.
I also like to add a lot of peppers, I have a yellow and an orange one. I will also add
some cucumber to my salad. Finally I am cutting some feta cheese cubes and now it's time to
throw all of that goodness into a jar! You can make this salad the day before school
and then just grab it in the morning. Especially if you are not using leafy greens in your
salad like me.

Drizzle with a bit of olive oil and a splash of lemon juice for the dressing.
You can throw this salad in your school bag and have it ready for when your tummy gets
hungry. I eat salad for lunch almost every day and I love how it fills you up but it
is also a light meal. Heavy lunches sometimes make me feel tired and without energy for
the rest of the day. A nice salad like this will instead make you feel refreshed and full
of energy.

Next we're making this delicious spelt bread
sandwich! I am going to show you how I make the most tasty and quick bread from scratch.
Put five hundred grams of spelt flour into a bowl. I am using a mix of finely and coarsely
ground flour. Add a tablespoon of baking soda, a teaspoon of sugar, I am using coconut sugar,
a pinch of salt, two table spoons of olive oil, juice of half a lemon and 5,5 deciliters
of water. Mix this thoroughly until all the ingredients are evenly combined.

Pour the
mixture into a bread form. Sprinkle with some sunflower seeds and put it in the oven. Bake
for an hour at 320 degrees Fahrenheit. This bread only takes 10 minutes of your time and
is just so much healthier than the ones you buy in a supermarket, which normally have
too much salt added plus all the preservatives and other nasty stuff.

Since I learned this
recipe from my boyfriend's mom almost a year ago, I never bought bread again, trust me.
I always bake it myself. Cut two slices of bread and make yourself a nice tasty sandwich.
I like to spread some butter on one piece and then add some lettuce, turkey slices,
tomatoes and mozzarella cheese plus pickles which are like my favorite thing in the whole
world. And that's it, a delicious spelt bread sandwich. Into my lunch box I also added some
red currants and blueberries.

A super tasty lunch for school or work. Yum yum. And here
you have an example of an epic fail while filming. Anyway this was my healthier twist
on a sandwich that you really need to try! Now let's make a little lunchable or tapas
inspired lunch box.

First I am going to show you how to make these yummy ham rolls. Take
some ham or turkey slices and spread on some brie cheese. Put on a few rocket leaves. Roll
the ham like this and secure it with a toothpick.

These rolls are so tasty, and perfect for
a snack, lunch or even a party. You can make them in advance and store them in a fridge
in an air tight container. In my lunch box I am putting a cracker, three turkey rolls
and then I also decided to add some veggies. So here I am cutting carrots into thin sticks.
Do the same with cucumbers and put all of these vitamins into a lunch box.

We're not
finished yet  here are some dried apricots and cashew nuts. My mouth water while I am
just looking at all of this goodness. This lunch is great for on the go as it contains
so many little snacks that you can have during the day when you get a bit hungry. You can
also add some cherry tomatoes, cheese sticks or whatever you prefer.

If you make yourself
a nice lunch box filled with healthy stuff that you actually love, you definitely won't
be craving a pica or chocolate bars from the vending machine. Lastly we are making a super tasty tuna wrap,
which is just so good, trust me. What you need is some cheese, cherry tomatoes, olives
and pickles all cut into small pieces, plus some canned tuna, mayonnaise and a tortilla.
Put everything into a bowl.. Except the tortilla obviously and mix well.

If you want to make
this healthier you can use the whole wheat tortilla and you can skip the mayo, but I
think this combination is just so good so I am totally having it. No regrets. Put some
